Canadian Photography Online is accepting submissions.
Our criteria is simple: We accept work from Canadian photographers at any point in their career.
But, having said that, our selection process is more involved. We are looking for original works that have a clear voice and vision. Your work must be technically sound with an emphasis on composition and personal style. We are looking for photographers that are confident in their craft and their content.
Canadian Photography Online is looking to promote the depth of talent in this country by showcasing works that speak loud and clear about who we are as people and where we stand as artists. For your work to be a part of this magazine, your talent needs to shout. If you believe this is you, then please submit your work in one of two ways.
Link Post
A Link Post is a single image, usually your strongest work, supported by our evaluation of your work and a link to your site. These posts are regular content for CPO and all that is required for a submission is to email us a link to your website.
In-Depth Post
An In-Depth post is a 5-7 images followed by an interview. These posts occur infrequently. So, for us to devote this much time to your work, your talent must be of the highest level. For this type of submission, you will need to provide a website link and 5 images you feel best represent who you are as an artist. These images must not be more than one meg each file size. Do not submit works that you do not have all the rights to. Please also include information that describes your background and your views on Canadian photography.

In the subject line, please type Submission and type of Submission. For example for Link Post your subject line would be “Submission-Link Post”. Any other subject lines that do not follow these rules will be disgarded.
No works will be returned and notification of acceptance or denial can take up to three months.
